Panel-liner pools: built in weeks, to your size

The shell is assembled from factory-made panels and a seamless one-piece liner holds the water. We build the shell from galvanised steel or cement-board (betopan) panels, and the size, depth, steps and shape are entirely yours. Usually 1–3 weeks from excavation to handover.

Panel-Liner Pool

Two shell options

  • Panel-Liner Pool · Steel panel
    Steel panel

A light, modular shell of galvanised steel panels on braced supports. The quickest to build, and the option the campaign price applies to.

    1–3 weeks
  • Panel-Liner Pool · Cement-board panel
    Cement-board panel

Cement-based betopan panels sit on a steel frame. They don't rust, hold heat better and give the shell the solidity of concrete.

Any feature, shape and sizeThe models only describe how the shell is built. L-shapes, free forms, a children's area, seating ledges, counter-current, heating — we add whatever you want to the design.

FAQ

Panel-Liner Pool

Steel or cement-board panels?

Both use the same liner inside. Steel is the quickest and most economical; cement-board panels don't rust, hold heat better and give a more solid shell. We recommend cement-board very close to the sea.

Does a panel-liner pool leak?

Panel-liner pools offer lifetime leak-tightness. The liner works as a one-piece membrane that keeps water away from the shell, with no joints to leak. If it is ever damaged, a patch or new liner fixes it with no breaking out, at a fraction of the cost of a concrete repair.

Can it be any size and shape?

Yes. The panel system is modular, so sizes, depths, steps and shapes are made to order. Sizes outside the campaign are priced per project. For very large, free-form, overflow or infinity pools we recommend concrete.

How long does the liner last?

Many years, depending on use and water care. When it's time, only the liner is replaced — far quicker and cheaper than renovating concrete.

What does the campaign price include?

Excavation, base and footing concrete, backfill, pipework, pump-filter-valve, antibacterial liner, installation, ladder and lighting. Paving, filling water and the power line to the plant room are not included.
